■ 1. Licensing & Usage limits

All algorithmically generated sensitivities remain the intellectual property of AXP Core. Vendors are granted non-exclusive licenses to distribute codes to their audience under our standard Terms.

■ 2. No Resale

End-users are heavily restricted from reselling or independently mirroring Calibration Access Codes. Violation results in hardware-ban level revocation of the code.

■ 3. Service Reliability

While AXP promises sub-millisecond calculation speeds, we do not guarantee uptime independent of your upstream ISP. If the master server re-syncs, short outages may apply.
